st - Wake 4-0 with Duke, UNC, NC St, Clumson, and BC left - best NC St and Clumson and they win the Atlantic
nd - NC St 1-0 - only ACC game against Dr Dabo was a huge win - game against Wake looks huge - will FSU's resurgence continue over the next month?
rd - Clumson 2-1 - needs NC St to lose 2 games or a 3-way tie where Wake beats NC St and they beat Wake. Possibly over hyped QB, shaky offensive line, vaunted DL now with a couple key injuries - barely beat GT, 6 total TD's against (UGA, GT, NC St and BC), out of the CFP, loony head coach - team best known for having a pet rock - lose to FSU and they could become the first team to go from the CFP to 4th place in their division the next year.
th - FSU 2-2 - don't look now, but the Noles on a 2-game win streak, both in conference. A woefully thin OL that is still banged up. But, Smith at center has made a marked difference. A couple more OL might be a little healthier. A bye week, then UMass before Clemson could be huge. Clemson plays at first place in Coastal Pitt the week before. Pitt scored 52 at GT, whereas Clumson only managed 14 points against GT after petting their pet rock. Never thought the Noles had a chance in this at the beginning of the year.
th - Louisville 1-2 half game back of FSU with head to head tie-breaker - programs look to be heading in opposite directions.
th - BC 0-1, but 4-0 outside conference even though their starting QB is out. Hopefully he rests up past the FSU game.
th - Syracuse 0-2, but 3-3 overall. Defense is okay. Just not a good team.
