It was 23 with a wind chill of 17 here this morning. Still below freezing at almost 10am.Talked to my son in Atlanta this morning. He said it was 14, with a wind chill of 4.
I remember one night walking down Tennessee St. in the bitter cold, and there was a frozen cat in the gutter. That was the first time I'd ever experienced that kind of cold.
