I’m looking at some of the outrageous salaries some of these OC’s & DC’s are getting, & I wonder what the % breakdown of raw talent, player development/coaching, & X’s & O’s result in the success on the field? I just wonder, as an example, a guy like Chad Morris who is known as a top flight X’s & O’s guy(not so much as a recruiter) was worth the million+/yr, if the most impact on the field occurs on signing day. Anyone with coaching experience at the high school or college level like to throw out their best guess as to the % breakdown?
