5 p.m. -- Looks like all the defensive coaches are still gonna be on the field. We thought one would be in the box this week.
4:45 p.m. -- The players and coaches have left for the locker room and their final pregame preparations. Game time is in about 20 minutes. Check back after 5 for game updates.
4:35 p.m. -- Players are going through normal warmups, but there's not much to tell you unfortunately. Since all the players have helmets on with no jerseys, it's impossible to know if there are any depth chart changes. So we'll probably have to wait til game time for some of that.
4:25 p.m. -- How hot is it today? The Marching Chiefs are wearing shorts and white T-shirts instead of their uniforms. And the FSU football team is going through all warmups in their undershirts ... haven't put pads or jerseys on yet. ULM already in full uniform, as usual.
4:20 p.m. -- Barnett is not wearing the green shirt he wore last week when signaling in plays. Regular white polo ... wonder if that means he'll be up in the box, where he was late last season.
4:15 p.m. -- QBs and centers out warming up .... nothing new there. Baveon working with James, and Boselli working with Hornibrook.
FSU players usually are in jerseys by now, but all still wearing undershirts ... adjusting for the heat.
Travis Jay still not in uniform, in case anyone was wondering. Still waiting to be cleared by the NCAA.
