Hopefully our left-handed hitters will have an easier time now.

Mudge seemed to steal second on the first pitch of the next at-bat but she is called out for leaving the bag early. Tough call but the right one.

Bases empty, one out for Kerr.

Kerr works a great walk, fouling off a few pitches. Three walks already in 2.1 innings for the FSU lineup.

Runner on first with one out for Kalei Harding.

Double machine Kalei Harding rips a double into the left-center gap, her team-high 22nd two-bagger.

Kerr has to hold up at third as OSU gets the ball in quickly. Two in scoring position with one out for Edenfield, who homered her first time up.

Edenfield strikes out on three pitches. She got pinched a bit on an 0-1 pitch that looked inside and it changed the tenner of the at-bat.

Flaherty rolls one to first base and the first baseman can't handle it. She beats it out at first and Kerr comes in from third base to score. Harding is tagged out on a close play at the plate for the third out, but not before FSU adds to its lead with an unearned run.

3-0 Noles through three innings.

OSU leads off the fourth inning with a groundout to Muffley at short.

One-out single for OSU on a ball ripped between first and second basemen and into right.

Grounder to second retires the lead runner at second but the throw to first was late and bounced off Leonard's glove.

Runner on first with two outs now for OSU.

Sandercock gets a popout in foul territory next to first base to retire the side in the fourth. She hasn't come back from the rain delay quite as sharp (or maybe OSU is just seeing her better this time through the order) but she is grinding it out well.

3-0 FSU, M4

This home plate ump is inconsistent.
I had the same thought about that pitch to the final batter that was called ball one looking similar to the pitch that was strike two to Edenfield last half-inning.

Belviy steals second. I think it would have been a close play but the catcher short-hopped the throw and it bounced away from the shortstop.

Runner on second for FSU with no outs.

Wacaser walks, FSU's fourth of the game.

Two runners on now for FSU with no outs.

Just started watching again. BEAUTIFUL!!! OKS changes pitchers after the delay. HUGE advantage to FSU.

If you're not right behind the plate, you have no idea if the plate ump is consistent or not. Good grief!

Dack bounces one back to the pitcher that effectively works as a sac bunt. She is retired at first but both runners move into scoring position with one out for Muffley.

Muffley drops down a ridiculous squeeze bunt on a pitch at her shins. Belviy comes in to score and all runners are safe.

4-0 FSU now and runners on the corners with one out.

Next two batters are retired on a groundout and a flyout.

However, FSU more than doubles its lead and is now cruising up 7-0 through four innings.

Groundout to second starts off the top of the fifth with Sandercock in the circle.

Kat seemed to slightly bobble a bunt back her way and that gave the batter enough time to beat it out.

Runners on first and second with one out for OSU.
