All the better reason for FSU to win this one and not have to sweat out other weather delays over the next 36 hours.Looking at the forecast for Saturday, it's for rain in the afternoon. Our game that night could well start later than 7.
Great game ladies!A

Hope Lonni takes them to Cattlemen's tomorrow. They deserve it!Great game ladies!
Get some rest for Friday.
I went there before Game 2 in 2018. Highly recommend!Hope Lonni takes them to Cattlemen's tomorrow. They deserve it!
She may go Reid to start with Kat ready to relieve but I suspect she’s going with Anna Lytics. she Has been prone to throw whoever is best for the hitters we’ll face.I think it might be Sandercock again. Can't rely on her for all your innings but that's a big game as a win moves you into semifinals and whoever comes out of the loser's bracket would have to beat you twice before you beat them once.
But maybe it could be Reid. Lonni hasn't shied away from throwing her in some big moments.
From which school did she transfer??...but I suspect she’s going with Anna Lytics.
Now you're just showing off. 🙂Ladies played with straight fire!
Glad I stayed awake to watch it.
FSU certainly is on the right side of the bracket.No. 15 Utah leads No. 1 Washington 1-0 in the second inning. Would be a break in terms of seeding in FSU's favor if it holds to face the Utes instead of the Huskies tomorrow night in the winner's bracket game.
The only caveat to that is the loser of the winner's bracket games switch sides of the bracket. So if FSU loses tomorrow to Washington or Utah, it switches sides and will have to beat OU twice unless Oklahoma loses to Tennessee tomorrow.FSU certainly is on the right side of the bracket.
Thanks. I didn't know that. The only caveat to that is the loser of the winner's bracket games switch sides of the bracket. So if FSU loses tomorrow to Washington or Utah, it switches sides and will have to beat OU twice unless Oklahoma loses to Tennessee tomorrow.
Makes tomorrow's game that much more important.
Anything can happen at this stage but if the FSU team we see resembles the one we saw last night, FSU should be fine. So, it's Washington tomorrow. Not skeert.

See how the loser of Game 7 goes from the top to the bottom and plays in Game 10 and the Loser of Game 8 moves up and plays in Game 8?
It looks pretty straight forward here.
I do now. Thanks.See how the loser of Game 7 goes from the top to the bottom and plays in Game 10 and the Loser of Game 8 moves up and plays in Game 8?
I see it. But, how does it make sense thar the 1 and 3 seeds (the highest seeds left) would play before the finals?I do now. Thanks.
It's as though this format is trying to coerce teams into starting their aces as much as possible.I see it. But, how does it make sense thar the 1 and 3 seeds (the highest seeds left) would play before the finals?
Even if #2 UCLA was still in it the same scenario could have played out. They would have had to play OU before the finals.
I assume it's to create some more variety of matchups and not have the same four teams facing off in some combination of games before the championship series. But I agree that it's far from logical.I see it. But, how does it make sense thar the 1 and 3 seeds (the highest seeds left) would play before the finals?

Definitely not logical. Definitely a harder path to possibly have to be an undefeated and rested OU team twice than it would be to beat Washington twice if we were to stay In the current side of the bracket.I assume it's to create some more variety of matchups and not have the same four teams facing off in some combination of games before the championship series. Just win, baby. That takes care of the lack of logic.Definitely not logical. Definitely a harder path to possibly have to be an undefeated and rested OU team twice than it would be to beat Washington twice if we were to stay In the current side of the bracket.
Thankfully it looks the worst overnight but that's not stellar. Today has been solid so far, almost through two games, so hopefully tomorrow can be lucky as well.If the forecast is accurate for tomorrow, I'm not really sure how much softball is going to get played...
I deleted the post when I realized I was reading the forecast incorrectly. No further comment out of fear of jinxing things.Thankfully it looks the worst overnight but that's not stellar. Today has been solid so far, almost through two games, so hopefully tomorrow can be lucky as well.
