"I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

I haven't seen it but apparently she's quoted as saying this in that documentary.

Science has proven that she was not drugged, therefore there couldn't have been anything slipped into her drink.

There's so many other non scientific things they could easily twist and distort with her and her BS story. It's not like the success or failure of their documentary hinges on that statement. The fact that they would not even edit out that provably false statement brings the credibility of the ENTIRE documentary into question.

I'm not fairly certain, I'm absolutely friggin positive the PC crowd couldn't care less about facts that get in the way of their agenda.

Re: "I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

Ice, perhaps?

Re: "I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

10 bucks says this girl tries to use this to form a career. She's like Cher, she simply won't go away.

Re: "I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

Lol. Not exactly sure if that's fair to Cher. Did Cher ever falsely accuse someone of rape? I like Cher in fact. :)

IMO, there's only a handful of things you could do worse than falsely accuse a man of rape.

Re: "I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

I remember the first time I had one too many... I also wanted to believe I was spiked.

We've all gotten to that point before where you can't believe you got as bad as you got. I've wondered before ... but it's not very likely I've ever been roofied. I've been with a girl who we had to take to the hospital. She and I shared a BIG drink on the way to the party (milk carton of something lol). I think we both simply underestimated the drink or overestimated ourselves.

However, in EK's case, reports show she was neither "to that point" drunk nor did she have extra stuff in her system. It's nuts she keeps banging that drum.

Re: "I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

Lol. Yeah but I bet if someone proved to you that none of your drinks were "spiked", you'd probably abandon that excuse.

That fact that she has not abandoned that part of her lie is stunning and shows that she has no limits when it comes to lying.

Re: "I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

The hearing took place in December and she says she was not drugged. Now she lies again and says she was drugged. This can not be overlooked.

Re: "I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

Thanks to money grubbing auntie and the other team of lawyer hacks, this went too big and too far for her to reverse course. Now she must believe the lie and continue to accentuate it.

Sounds good but this girl was not drunk either. She was legal to drive so even that does not hold water.

She was drugged by a top secret date rape drug used by FSU athletes that is undetectable by anyone. It was created in the bat cave a few years back...she's sure of it!!!

Cher would be the one doing the raping. That's one woman who doesn't give a shot...

Re: "I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

I'm fairly certain she is a a pathological liar and her parents are racists.

Playing devil's advocate: if her drink was spiked with GHB at midnight, would it have appeared in her tox screen?

Re: "I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

Was it even confirmed that Winston gave her a drink?

Of course he didn't give her the drink. She never said he gave her the drink until recently.

GHB is one of the top drugs tested for date rape. Technically it's not GHB, it's the metabolized chemicals of GHB that are analyzed.

Besides that, there's a legit and identifiable behavior when on GHB, which none of her friends reported (no strange actions of behavior).

If something like that was put in her drink at midnight, she would have never been awake to start tweeting or calling anyone, wouldn't have remembered the ride home or anything and certainly wouldn't have been at the hospital getting tested just a few short hours after the incident. Within 30 minutes she would have been out of it and not awake for hours later, much less be completely coherent and wanting test answers.

And yes, it would have appeared on the tox screen they would have had to have taken from her unconscious body at that time. Even after they identified Winston a month later, they could have still found it in her system just testing her hair. It could not have been GHB.

And it was hardly the first time she was drunk if you get around to seeing her tweets. She apparently had quite the tolerance.

Re: "I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

Here's a breakdown of the analysis of GHB in various adults over a 12 hour time period.

The detection time of GHB in urine at a cut-off concentration of 10 mg/L has been reported to be 12 h (21), 34% of samples collected from 3 to 6 h and 100% of samples collected from 6 to 12 h would be interpreted as negative. We conclude that an assay with better test sensitivity is needed for clinical diagnostic utility, particularly in cases of suspected drug-facilitated sexual assault with delay to presentation.

In summary, we found that urine concentrations vary widely after oral administration of a 50-mg/kg dose of GHB to healthy young adults. Coingestion of ethanol did not significantly affect renal clearance of GHB, but it did lower urine GHB concentrations in the first 3 h. Caucasians had lower urine concentrations than other races/ethnicities, and urine GHB levels for all Caucasian subjects were below the cutoff concentration of 5 mg/L after 6 h. Men had lower GHB levels than women in the first 3 h after ingestion, but no gender differences were observed in later urine collections. We conclude that the detection time for GHB in urine may be shorter than the previously reported 12-h window in some people taking therapeutic doses of GHB.

This is all for therapeutic dosages of GHB, most street chemist providing GHB or people using GHB as a date rate drug don't use such low dosages.

Yea but she was not even drunk. She is a straight up liar.

Re: "I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

Cher had real talent. Could sing, dance and entertain. She and Sonny Bono had a terrific variety show. What's this girl done besides lie about the events of that night and repeat those lies in this movie. The producers should be ashamed of themselves for using a BS story to push their perspective. That''s not what a reali investigative reporter (journalist) would or should do. Rape and sexual assault is a serious issue--- These folks, including Erica Kinsman hurt their cause because she lacks credibility. Can't tell multiple stories and expect to be taken seriously.

Re: "I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

This young woman is nothing but a pig. A p-I-g pig.

She's also hopelessly dumb.

Re: "I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

Spanish fly was in her drink & she put it there.

Re: "I'm fairly certain there was something in that drink."

My guess...she's trying subliminal imagery which is freshly lurking in the recesses of the masses minds. Everyone has the image of Bill Cosby freshly implanted in their minds, and she wants to tap into that. Her entire case has a definite fulcrum...she needs to explain her ever changing story and outright bizarre actions, and that my friends can only be explained by her being in an altered state of mind. EK... There was something in my drink. I'm sure this is being prompted by her ever vigilant legal team. " What a fool believes he sees " as the Doobie Brothers sang. Not too hard to fool the masses, just think of October 30 1938 and Orson Wells is broadcasting War of the Worlds.
