I have a friend who lives in Telvin Smith's neighborhood, and he just sent me a picture of 13 cop cars outside of what he said is Telvin's house.
He said he thought Telvin was in the back of a police car and there's crime scene tape around the house, as well as a crime scene van.
Hopefully my friend is mistaken, and hopefully something tragic didn't happen.
