The Official LR College Bowl Season Thread!

Can't believe we are in position to lose a game in which we should be up by twenty. And with the game on the line our star gets one touch in three plays

Just give more money to Jam and don't question the bs.

Maybe some day jumbo will learn that being a great playcaller does not always mean you have to design a formation, motion and play to get someone wide open. Sometimes it means giving the ball to the best player on the field

Sheeew. And wooooooooooo. Closer than it should have been, but I will take it. Good cap to a good, but not great season

I had an ultrasound today for what I thought may have been a blood clot. Thank God it wasn't. I don't think I could have handled that game on blood thinners.

Jabrill Peppers. Good grief it's still all about him. What a loser. Couldn't even watch from the sidelines with his teammates.

Sounds like an awesome game! I wasn't able to watch it as I was busy drinking beer at the Kona Brewery (where shockingly they have no TVs!) and then on the boat for a night snorkelling trip to see Mantas. But I was able to follow the play by play. Literally got to read about the final INT seconds before I jumped in the water.

It was ridiculous how big a deal the announcers made of his absence, inferring it was why FSU was winning and yet no mention of the fact our best player on defense was not playing due to injury in September. I thought having Brian Griese call the game was bad form by ESPN. He was clearly rooting for Michigan.

And having his drunk father there as well.

Yea the Griese thing was weak sauce. I said that the minute I saw he was calling the game. Really a Michigan alum calling the game?????? The Peppers love affair was stupid; if anything they should have been mentioning all night how DC was robbed for not being in NY.

Jabrill talk aside, I thought they were pretty fair. Griese in particular seemed to love Dalvin. Said several times how he's quite ready for the NFL and will be a great catch. Also they made a few mentions of his loyalty to team and competitiveness in not following other star RBs in ditching the bowl game.
