I admit, I am biased having grown up in Miami with a father who is a high school teacher and saw a lot of football as a kid, but I’d vote for South Florida and metro Dade in particular.
In no particular order, my top 10 metro areas would include Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Detroit, DC especially if we include Tidewater, New Orleans, Birmingham.

On a per capita basis Hwy 84 (South Georgia) has to be right up there.
