While everyone was patting the players, coaches and program on the back after the loss to Notre Dame, it seems to have created overconfidence and lack of urgency to say the least.
As MM said, “A loss is a loss!”

Through all this clamoring for new QB’s and new coaches are we asking for the wrong changes? Maybe the real changes need to be slightly higher up the food chain.

On the broadcast Saturday night, did the announcers say that offensive play calls filters through 7 decision makers?

I'm sorry but Travis is not a QB. He has the physical skill but can't throw in the game. He's hesitate and overthrows his target. He should be a slot receiver an possiblely a wildcat on short plays. Also the Wildcat doesn't work if you only run to the right every time you line up.

Milton is a QB but not an RPO guy (anymore). FSU should run the pistol as it's base if it has to be in the shotgun.

I think Tate is the best long-term option if your looking to next year.

Enough free passes and kool-aid drinking. We just lost to an FCS TEAM!!! Somebody needs to get the ax. I don’t care if they roll some sacrificial lamb/waterboy for not keeping the players hydrated, but somebody needs to be made an example out of. My money is on Fuller. They had a timeout left? Last week FSU celebrated a loss. Celebrating a loss creates weakness. I know it’s cliche to say but a loss is a loss. One week we lose by three and the program has turned the corner. We are almost back to national prominence.
The next week we lose by three and it’s the end of the program. Fire everybody, never watch another game. At the end of the day we are still 0-2.

Winners don’t want participation trophies. When celebrating a loss complacency is the reward. We took this game for granted expecting to win by showing up. We disrespected our opponent by not doing our best in preparation and they returned the favor by planting their flag at midfield when they left with the win.

The next week will say a lot about our coaches, our players and our fans. Always do your best and be satisfied with your effort but NEVER, EVER celebrate a loss.

This was the easiest game on our schedule. UMass is close, but at least they're FBS.

Without overreacting, I think our absolute ceiling is 3-9 and we have a very good chance of going 1-11.

Yep, even Duke and Vanderbilt were able to scrape up wins this week.

And, BTW, I’m paying $10/month for some people on the Internet to give me propaganda about QBs and how much improvement the team has made. It’s time for WC to start asking this coach and the players some hard hitting questions or I’m done.
