#KeepingItGoing

If not for the lost decade, we'd be ahead for years to come!
... and, if the sun comes up tomorrow, it will be another day.
That milk got spilt long ago. The guy after him sure did not get the streak rolling again. Let’s hope that Sam Howell and Tam Terry start a good thing next season that is the beginning of a rise to another streak.

Because people voluntarily step down from a P5 to a G5 job for the same position and less money without getting pushed out.... I understand you’re giving the public PR explanation for his leaving, I’m using the reality.

Or you're using the biased POV to fit your narrative than the actual reality of the job movements (which still includes him being retained AFTER everything went down...which isn't the case for others that were involved). And that doesn't touch the fact 2 other universities have since vetted him, too.

because this subject is no longer allowed in this thread as stated with bold font on the last page.

All I was discussing was a most-likely-to-be-OC's recent employment stops and timelines, nothing more. Take it up with tribe re: what would cause a derailment.

Anyways, on to other things...nattynumber3 = women's beach volleyball, page 135ish

I think you mean totallynottribe. The tribe guy was banned for not being able to let taboo topics go. ;)

Far better in my mind than the ranking was the info going around Twitter that of all of Ham’s recruits, only two didn’t finish their degree and those two still came back and are working on it. That’s the kind of news I appreciate.

Now we are getting back on track.

Thats true? Thats great! Putting the student back in student athlete. Certainly with the 1 and done Bball approach.

Makes it hard to frown towards him when he seems to "do it right" (except win a title). But hey, FSU doesn't have a baseball banner either.

I don’t know for certain it’s true because it’s been circulating around twitter and you know how reliable social media is. But the simple fact it’s even plausible means he’s doing a fantastic job.

Blecch.

We might as well go all in and bring back Ball and De’andre Johnson to go with the new OC. Just accept it and roll in the muck.

@F4Gary, I see you stalking the OC thread. Didn't want to ask there for obvious reasons. What is the big deal about Howell? If he is threatening to leave because of our OC situation, let him. Why let his father dictate how FSU operates? And it isn't like if he doesn't sign with FSU, we will never win another game! Also, wouldn't you think WT knows he may not sign and have other options for us? The posters over there are off their rockers!

Howell has said that he's not signing with a team without knowing who the OC is. Can't say that I blame him. The push is on now that Mack Brown has hired his OC.

I’m still hoping there’s going to be a twist ending where we don’t end up with Briles but so far that looks like what we’re getting. I’m sure we’ll put up arcade style yardage that our defense can’t keep up with anyways but the moral toll is a big hit.

It's like watching a tennis match with artillery shells. There have been some posts about there being a freshman transfer and a grad transfer. No specific names..of course.
Ostrich says Howell needs to realize that OCs move around and he could easily have had a different OC in a year even if Bell was still here.
Basically, no one knows anything.

I don’t personally know that is correct, that’s just the scuttlebutt from people I trust who say they know.
Did they remember to tighten the plug after changing your oil?
Our propane delivery driver was wearing his fedora today when he stopped by the house. He mentioned FSU shouldn’t get to briled up about the coaching search and suggested that getting offensive about the situation is probably best for all involved.

I would definitely celebrate if we ended up with Fedora after going after Freeze and Briles. That’s not what I’m hearing but definitely what I’m hoping for.
