Bucs passed on him in the first then tried to trade up in the second and couldn't. In my mind Cook is a generational type back. A Barry Sanders/Emmitt Smith if you will. Passing on him, again in my mind, was a big mistake...

I'm aware of that, and Howard is a once in a generational type of TE.

I don't think TB avoided drafting him because of character issues like other teams.

I sort of think the Aguyo draft pick had influence on passing on DC. I suspect Jameis campaigned for Roberto and we all know how that panned out. Situations are very different, but you don't want the perception that your QB is making draft picks and taking all his buds. I have absolutely nothing to support that, just a thought of mine.

This weekend is one colossal "L".

Our high school football team choked a big lead and lost.
My son's band came in dead last in a contest.
FSU lost.
UF and UM won.
Bucs lost.
At least one of my fantasy teams will lose.

To top it all off, I just lost a presentation I have been working on all day.
