The Official LR NFL Gameday Drinking Game Thread

Yeah, I am legit just asking here. Fitz is playing pretty well, I see it as a simple decision. Winning and good stats stay on the field regardless of the salary I would think. Perhaps Fitz just needed to find the right system, I haven't watched the games to see how he looks, but the stats seem pretty good.

Edited to say, Just my non-professional opinion regarding the Bucs, I don't think $25M is going to ride the bench after the 4th game. I think JW will start and the $3M will be on the sideline where it belongs.
If the Bucs were, say 7-6 and Fitz performed admirably, but not spectacularly, I would agree with you. But the Bucs are 2-0 and Fitz is red hot. No way they screw up that hot streak.

The OL is playing admirably and finally giving the QB time. And Monken taking over the play calling has been a big deal as well. DJax is finally the weapon he is supposed to be. Jameis played great in the preseason too, but why mess with what is working right now?

I know the Seahawks line is not good, but after 6 quarters this season it is unfathomable that the Raiders traded Mack. The guy is a generational talent who is worth the picks and money the Bears gave up to get him

Seabass still has a big leg , nice kick to close the half..weird seeing him in a new uniform

Count Khalil Mack among the in-state (Ft. Pierce) kids who flew under all the recruiting service machinery. The 247 composite had him as a 2 star with a 70 score, not even among the top 250 players in the state.

He ended up at the University of Buffalo, and the rest is history.

The recruiting rankings are silly. Buncha middle aged guys salivating over 40 times and vertical jumps.

They do miss occasionally, but I believe they get it right most of the time. Mack apparently focused on basketball for most of his high school career, but you would think the college football coaches would have paid attention to his incredible athleticism. It's not like he was playing in the boondocks.

I had no idea he was in Seattle. 56 yards down the middle and Pete Carroll was pumped. That was cool to see for Jano!

Almost as bad when Jerry Rice switched to the silver and black -- just didn't seem right, and I was/am a Raider fan.
