It doesn't say you have to do these things with a mask either. Point being the constitution is silent on many things but that doesn't mean it can or even should be done. On the flip side people have the right to choose. If you dont want to wear a mask don t go or move to Florida.Where is there a freedom listed to attend concerts and other events in cities without a mask? Speedy trial is waived or passed consistently in criminal trial. Where in the constitution say that you have the freedom to appear in court with no mask on? I honestly just skimmed the Constitution recently but didn't see those listed. As a Constitutional originalist like Clarence Thomas I believe since the Constitution is silent on such matters it is not a freedom afforded to the American public.
