I did not know this but one of the 5 Japanese subs launched at Pearl Harbor is located there.

The house he was born in is directly across the street. Fredericksburg is a cool little town. Johnson City is down the road (where Lyndon Johnson was born). It's not as developed as Fredericksburg.

If I somehow make it to that age, I would certainly give this idea strong consideration. I have spent enough time in hospice to know the reality of the more common choice.
