Apalachicola mayor is being interviewed on MSNBC. He didn't have much info to share. Clown Brian Williams had to ask about one of his favorite restaurants. The mayor's silence revealed his disbelief. Amazing that guy makes millions a year to be such a buffoon.

Gadsden County is reporting, I think, the first fatality of Michael due to a falling tree. So lucky that many more haven’t perished.

2 hrs of footage from someone driving around PCB, then over to PC. Looks like PC got the worst. Pretty surreal to just skip around to different parts of the video and see massive carnage pretty much wherever you click.

Just had a sporadic talk with Tally brother. They are on a generator out Miccosuke Road, doing fine. Lots of debris, but happy for avoiding what coulda been. Last word from PC brother was around 1:00. Trying to stay chill about the radio silence, but he and his wife are very capable...
Still trying to figure storm surge in PC, not PC Beach. All pics/videos seem to show wind damage and some standing water, but not surge inundation. Gotta figure that hot spots will begin to open communication soon enough. First world problems.
Good thing is death toll is still only one poor soul in Gadsden County. Such an awesome outcome if that holds true.
Besides all that fam drama, where de heck is our benevolent overlord? Is DFS hitting the course today, pulling hard on whiskey his son supplied, or deep into his EOC inner self?
Hang tough Jim. Walton County and others appreciate your efforts, my man.
